Calculation child support

In its ruling 5A_311/2019 of November 11, 2020, the Federal Supreme Court abandoned the pluralism of methods in the calculation of child support (cash maintenance) and standardized the calculation by designating the two-stage method with surplus distribution as authoritative. The one-tier concrete calculation method remains reserved for "exorbitant" income or asset ratios.
